1. Provider

GeoAuditKit is provided by AMYORK LTD (England and Wales). These terms govern your access to the GeoAuditKit platform.

2. Service scope

GeoAuditKit provides local SEO and AI visibility reporting workflows including scans, issue detection, recommendations, and report exports.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for account credentials, team access, and ensuring users in your workspace follow these terms.

4. Authorization warranty

You confirm you are authorized to scan and process data for domains and business profiles added to the platform.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Trials, discounts, and annual pricing are presented at checkout and in billing settings.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel from billing settings. Cancellation applies at period end unless otherwise stated by Stripe checkout terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use GeoAuditKit for unlawful activity, security abuse, or unauthorized data access.

8. IP and data

AMYORK LTD retains platform IP. You retain ownership of your client data and generated exports.

9. Liability cap

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AMYORK LTD's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
