Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

1. Roles

Customer is controller. AMYORK LTD (GeoAuditKit) acts as processor for service data.

2. Processing purpose

Provide local SEO scanning, issue detection, recommendation, reporting, and billing workflows.

3. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures for access control, transport security, and operational monitoring.

4. Subprocessors

We use vetted subprocessors for hosting, authentication, and billing. Material updates are reflected in the subprocessor list.

5. Deletion and return

Upon request or account termination, data is deleted or returned in line with contractual terms and legal obligations.
